Treatment of Sludge at Agricultural Facilities

Separator

The world's most common mechanical method for the primary separation of solids from agricultural sewage is by pumping it into a filtration and dewatering drum.

• Separators are made from a stainless steel element with a high resistance to corrosion.
• The sludge is made to flow into the separator by a pump or a funnel.
• The percentage of dry material after separation is between 25% and 40%.
• The filtration openings can be adapted from 0.25 to 5mm.
• The degree of separation can be adjusted by using weights.
• Personalization at the client's request.
• Separators can also be applied to industrial use, such as in the food industry and waste water treatment facilities.
